About The International Development Fellows Program of Catholic Relief Services (CRS)

The International Development Fellows Program of Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is designed to equip passionate individuals with the necessary tools to embark on a career in international relief and development work. Through this program, CRS empowers Fellows to refine their skills and acquire hands-on field experience, all while making meaningful contributions to impactful projects.

Typical Fellowship Responsibilities

  1. Spearheading the implementation of new emergency response initiatives.
  2. Acting as interim project managers, ensuring smooth operations.
  3. Contributing to the design of innovative projects.
  4. Overseeing assessments and data collection efforts.
  5. Developing accountability frameworks to measure progress.
  6. Crafting reports and proposals to communicate project outcomes and secure funding.

Minimum Fellowship Criteria

Selection Process & Timeline

The application period for the IDFP concluded on November 30, 2022. After careful evaluation, the most promising candidates will be invited to participate in a video interview, language test, and final interview. For further details.
